This is interesting. I have read a lot about solar panels and for single-family homes the cost of the panels would take more than twenty years to pay for itself in energy savings. For most people (at least in America) it is unlikely that they would live in a house long enough for such an investment to be worthwhile.

Someday it will have to happen because the natural resources present on our earth planet are limited. All environmentally sustainable methods should be prioritized and encouraged by the government in all countries. So, our children will have an even habitable place to live.
